Need Spare Parts?
Gasco stocks parts for many makes of gas appliances. From defunct brands such as Modern Maid, Metters, New World and Braemar to still manufactured brands such as Chef, Westinghouse, Vulcan, Pyrox, Rinnai, Rheem and many of the imported items you may be familiar with. We have very few parts for Eurolec as they have been in liquidation/bankruptcy for several years. If we don’t have what you need, we may be able order it in for you.
Due to our vast and ever changing range of products, we do not provide an online store, however we can handle any spare part request promptly and encourage you to contact us so that we may help you.
In order to aid in our service to you, we need to know anything you can tell us about your gas appliance, make, model and any names that may be visible. If you have a digital camera, take a photo of the item/s you are after and email them to us or if not then ring us and we’ll do our best to help you.
If your part is in stock, we can generally despatch within a 24 hour time frame (after payment has been made). If not, then we can order your part in and despatch as soon as it arrives. Parts are not available to be picked up, they can only be delivered, generally by Australia Post, but occassionally in the Melbourne Metro area, parts can be delivered personally. Payment for your item/s can be made either by direct deposit to our bank account, via visa/mastercard, EFTPOS (if made by personal delivery) or by cheque (parts will be despatched once payment clears)
Our hours of operation are between 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday, however, email is checked regularly after hours, so please feel free to email us during the evening, weekends and public holidays.
